About me:

I have been involved in sport my entire life, from participating to teaching and then to studying and researching it. I am a South African martial artist who is also a qualified
sport psychologist and sport scientist and researcher. However, even through this lifelong journey, I felt something was always missing in my understanding of the body. My own struggles with injuries led me to discover Kinesiology and fill in that missing link. Using various techniques, I am able to unlock the body’s ability to heal itself, impacting a wide range of issues that can be treated. I use specialised kinesiology not only to help athletes with injuries but to also help them unlock their potential and improve their overall performance. I am open to working with athletes as well as anyone of any age who struggles with issues relating to emotional, physical, or mental problems such as: stress and anxiety, working through past traumas, relationship issues, learning difficulties, frozen muscles, pain and strains, food sensitivities, goal setting and decision making, and much more.

My aim is to help others gain self-awareness and understanding of their own body,
mind and soul and to help them move through life with a healthier mindset and sense
of well-being.
